Welcome Back. It’s nice to see you again. Following provincial guidelines, shops and services have now re-opened at Deerfoot City. The safety of our guests, retailers and employees remains our top priority.


Monday – Saturday 11AM-6PM

Sundays & Holidays 11AM-5PM


All of the retail, services and entertainment experiences are now open at Deerfoot City and ready to safely serve you with health and safety measures in place. Visit our directory for more details on individual store hours.


In addition to regular daily cleaning, we have added the following precautionary measures:

  • Increased Hand Sanitizer stations within the property and at entrances
  • Clear way finding signage to encourage physical distancing
  • Dedicated cleaners that sanitize all frequently used surfaces during operating hours
  • Reduced elevator and washroom capacity
  • Temporarily suspending events, programs and bookings until further notice


For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that while you are here, you:

  • Practice physical distancing, stay 2 meters apart
  • Wash hands frequently and use hand sanitizer stations
  • Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes
  • Stay home if you are feeling sick

Face covering requirements

In following with the City of Calgary Bylaw, effective August 1st, face coverings will be required in indoor centre spaces including our retailers, The Food Lodge (with the exception of when eating) and Building B. In addition, we do encourage wearing face coverings when possible around the remainder of the property. Face masks can be found at the following locations:

  • Complimentary masks are available at the Deerfoot City Go Team tent on The Boulevard or through our Security Team
  • The following retailers currently supply masks at Deerfoot City however supplies are limited so we recommend calling ahead to check stock before you visit.

    • Canadian Tire
    • Walmart
    • Sally Beauty

Exceptions include children under two years of age, or persons with underlying conditions which inhibit their ability to wear a face covering. We encourage you to visit Calgary.ca/covid19 for more information.

In regards to the COVID-19 situation and the Relaunch Plan of Alberta, we are monitoring developments closely and will continue to follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and Alberta Health Services. Thank you for your cooperation!
