Rules + Regulations

• A waiver must be signed prior to entering the ball pit or playing on the slides.
• All children must be supervised by an adult (18+).
• Shoes off, socks on. No shoes or bare feet in the ball pit or on the slides.
• At its deepest, the ball pit is 22” deep. Children must be tall enough to play.
• Due to shallow depth, diving and jumping into the ball pit is not allowed.
• No jumping off the slides.
• Use the slides appropriately: feet-first, downward sliding only on the slides.
• Do not run around the ball pit or the slides.
• Rough-housing and aggressive ball-throwing is not allowed.
• No throwing balls outside of the ball pit; balls must be collected if thrown out of the pit.
• Food, drinks, and gum are not permitted in the ball pit or on the slides.
• No sharp objects are allowed in the ball pit or on the slides.
• Please leave personal items such as sunglasses and toys outside the pit to avoid broken or lost items – empty pockets are recommended.
• Only one guest is permitted per slide at a time.
• The ball pit and slides are recommended for guests aged 3 and up.
• The ball pit and slides are not recommended for guests above 140 lbs or older than 14 years of age.
